Best Ways to Transitions?

I wore my hair in braids, wigs and finally twists. I wished I had just did the BC. It would have made the transitioning much easier.

I vote for the BIG CHOP. Then you'll be able to just wash N go. Plus I just love to see progress like Ekomba's, she has had some excellent progress since her BC.

I've worn buns, cornrows, twists, box braids, single exstensions. These protective styles require very little manipulation nd you only have to moisturise with a braid style.

I wore a ponytail/bun the entire transition. I don't like spending a lot of time on my hair, so the ponytail/bun was the easiest and quickest thing for me.

I love your hair, Den! Your're still one of my hair idols!
Thank-you, i was just peeking at your album your hair is very pretty...i would like to post a comment in your fokti, but its not enabled.

Depends on your goals. I haven't been interested in straightening my hair during my transition, so I've been wearing buns, braidouts, ponytails and once each a roller set and two strand twists with extensions.

My transition has been pretty easy this way.

Den, how can you enable comments? I'd like feedback from others.

*wipes the drool off her chin 'cause this color is outta sight!*

i've just been doing rollersets. its been hard. i'm contemplating getting braids or BC'ing. BC'ing will be easier, but I don't have the balls to do so.

My main transitioning style is the rollerset. I just came out of braids, they are a great option, but I just get sick of them after about 2 weeks... I'm also a fan of the braidout.
