Best Way to Maintain Curling Iron Curls

I had my hair done at the salon today and the stylist put in big, bouncy, beautiful curls that I must maintain until my part Friday night. What should I do to my hair at night so that I don't ruin the curl too much? I'm scared that if I put my hair in rollers, I'll ruin her creation...trust me, I've done it before. What is the best way to maintain the style?

Then again, I may be willing to try that mohawk roller thing...if you all think that will work? How do I do that? Will that work for what I'm trying to accomplish?
