Best water to use for a homeade moisturizer?

hello all, I want to purchase some water to make up a simple water/cond/oil daily moisturizer spray. But i have used tap water before and it does seem to be drying after a few days, so i want to try a better quality water. There are so many water descriptions on the market, so what is the one I need to look for? purified water? distilled water? filtered water? spring water? osmosis water? etc etc.
