Best Shampoo for Weaves

Hi I'm new by the way!
I wear a weave but everytime I wash it, the shine is gone so I guess I'm stripping the hair of whatever is put on it. My stylist recommended Creme of Nature shampoo, just haven't washed my hair yet! Any other recommendations?
Also, I've been reading around that some people recommend a dry shampoo for cleaning a sew in. For those that wear sew ins, how do you cleanse yours? Thanks!

I think Creme of Nature is great! I tried Head & Shoulders for my scalp issues and boy was that a mistake! I already had cheap hair, but I had to take it out because of excessive tangling. /images/graemlins/frown.gif
