Best Semi/Demi Hair Color? pics

I'm interested in coloring my hair this weekend. I'm about to leave work, and get the color now. I'd like to buy a semi/demi permanent hair color, but I would love to know which brands are best/less drying etc. I know since my hair is naturally black that rinses won't lift my color that much, but one shade lighter is cool with me. I think a brownish/auburn color would work or maybe burgundy.

These are some colors that I'm thinking about. I also like Southernbella's color too. Anyone know if it's permanent?







These two are my faves, but I think I would probably need a permanent dye to achieve these results. idk

I think this one is very cute. It has a nice color for your complexion. I like the highlights. They are very noticeable but not over bearing.
