Ladies....whats the best product for thickness?

I already have MTG...but the smell is killing me but if it will help me gain thickness I'm jumping on the bandwagon again!

Not a "product" really, but I make sure I get enough iron through diet and take an iron supplement. It made a *HUGE* difference in the density of my hair, and it sheds much less. One must be careful, though, not to take too much iron because it can be toxic. Women should have about 18-20 mg each day. I also massage my scalp twice a day with something stimulating to help keep my scalp and hair follicles nourished. If you have a great hair care routine and diet and haven't noticed a change in density, it could just be genetics, too. My mother and grandmother are prone to thinning, so I don’t expect too much density as I age. If that’s the case, there are many styles you can do to your hair to create the look of more volume.

Not a very exciting answer, I know!

Thank you legend!

And thanks to carmeldiva and womanlycharm too.

I guess I'll keep on using MTG...I'm broke so can't afford castor oil. I have some vitamin B at home...that I will try to use regularly to see if there is a change..

I agree with legend... Good nutrition is key for healthy thick hair.

I was introduced to carrot juice for thickness from Isis. :::thank you Isis::: I've been drinking it just about every day for 14 months.

I do not believe anything applied topically to the hair will make it grow any faster... Excerising, lots of water, carrot juice, and flax seed oil are my staples.

:)
