This may sound weird, but I usually leave conditioner in my hair. If I don't want to leave in the conditioner I use, I make a leave in that's just watered down conditioner with vegetable glycerin for slip. I put it in a spray bottle.

I dont know if they still make this cant find on shelves anywhere but Pantene relaxed and natural wrap & set lotion is actually a leave in moisturizing spray made my hair shiny and soft it has jojoba, coconut and castor oil it does not weight your hair down
