Hey ladies!
I really need help finding a really good deep conditioner and maybe a really good mild protien treatment. Does anyone recommend anything or have an all time favorite?

Thanks in advance
Sydney

Motions CPR conditioner, I use it everytime I shampoo. Also Aphogee is a good treatment too but must be followed up with a moisturising conditioner or mixed with hot oil so it won't be so drying.

If you need a roller wrap and deep conditioner let me know. I work out of my house and do house calls but that's a bit more.

Motions CPR is a good mild anti-breakage conditioner. Aphogee is definitely NOT a mild protein conditioner. It is an extreme protein conditioner which is only to be used every 6 weeks and MUST be followed with a deep moisturizing conditioner. You could try Elasta QP DPR-11 for deep conditioning. Also IC Deep Penetration Moisturizing Conditioner is good with a heat cap. I really love the Kenra Moisturizing Conditioner.

moisturizing deep conditioner: nexxus humectress is DA BOMB
mild protein: nexxus keraphix or aubrey GPB (I keep both handy)

I am 4b relaxed with affirm lye.

neroli, my words exactly! except I havent tried keraphix yet but I love nexxus stuff!

Also, elasta qp breakage control is pretty good and its cheap too.

PM Super Charged Conditioner

My girlfriend and I use Dudley's Balsam Protein.
Her has gotten thicker and I find I need touch ups more....it's a shame our daughter is 2 and very little hair.
