Anyway, my next step is to try Aphogee Treatment this weekend. I have been reading all about it, and always people say that we need to use the BEST moisturizing conditioner ever. So please, could anybody tell me which one is THE BEST

Hi Tchutchuca.....Welcome to LHCF!

I did a protein tx 8 days ago and I used my conditioning mix of L.U.S.T. (see above), Moition Moisture Plus, and Mizani Moisturefuse. I did this because when I finished rinsing the protein tx out I grabbed my Jason's Kelp shampoo thinking it was Jason's Kelp conditioner. As soon as I realized my mistake (worked in slightly) I rinsed it out and franticly mixed up the above concoction for a heat tx. My hair still turned out strengthen by the protein tx but wasn't as hard/dry as in the past.

Im new as well I kinda made up my own conidtioner well rather deep conditioning last night I added Keracare Humecto, elasta Qp Le Kair cholestrol in a spray bottle with water and saturated my hair with it and went under the dryer for an hour. I rinsed and let me tell you my hair has never been this soft in my entire life. I have found a blessing in disguse. I tried and olive oil treatment the other night and it turned out terrible, my hair was left hard and very dry so i had to come up with something drastic. My hair still feels soft to the touch. I have never taken this good care of my hair until stumbling upon these forums.

I love the Suave Premium Series 2-minute recovery conditioner. My hair always feels so silky when I use it.

keracare humecto and LeKair cholesterol have both worked very well for me in the past. I've just bought pantene smooth and sleek and will let y'all know how that works...

Next time try the olive oil treatment before you shampoo. Only shampoo once with a mild shampoo. Then deep condition under the dryer. That is how I do mine, and my hair always turns out soft and moisturized. In fact, I have not oiled my scalp since trying this.

Ohok...all this time I had no idea what L.U.S.T. actually was. Hmm...maybe I'll try this.

I agree with the Kenra ladies

Shelli, I've tried the Biolage Ultra Hydrating Balm--didn't like, made the hair TOO soft.

I am using the Kenra Deep Moisturizing Conditioner at the moment. I really like the way it performs on my hair. When I joined the LHCF in August, my hair was very dry and brittle. Thinking that my hair needed protein, I applied a deep contitioning protein treatment, Joico K-Pak. While it did my hair good, it still wasn't what it needed.

Then I purchased Kenra. Just what the doctor ordered!

By the way, I also use the Kenra Moisturizing Shampoo. As wonderful as the conditioner, in my opinion.

I may try the Keracare Humetco at some point in the future, but I like using shampoos and conditioners that are designed to work together.

Thank you all. I made my choice, kind of, so I am going for the L.U.S.T. and Kenra.
