Best method to get hair straight while extending perm...

Im considering taking out my twists early. Ive got lots on NG and they look ragedy sometimes. I may have to wear my hair out until I can get to a salon...suggestions?

well you can do twistouts, braidouts,buns, I believe AFashionSlave has an excellent tutorial, twists ect. That way the 2 textures will blend together till you get the perm

I'm 4b and stretch relaxers 12 weeks AND wear my hair straigt and out the entire time by doing weekly rollersets. By week 11, I have tons of new growth and must set aside more time to detangle during wash. Always comes out soft and bouncy. . .

Cute twists! Make sure you deep condition to soften/loosen the new growth. I suggest a bun or braid out.

When the transitioning gets tough with the new growth, I plan to use the natural method for relaxing the texture (coconut milk and lime juice).
