My grandmother would cut this out of the newspaper and we'd follow it. That was like 30 years ago.

Chameleonchick I usually follow the lunar hair cutting chart on the Morrocco Method website, I think a few ladies here do. But one of the dates, June 3rd, is listed at your link as a great day for cutting for growth, but is listed on the Morrocco Method site as a great day for... retarding growth! erplexed That's pretty scary.

I've actually seen a few charts with conflicting dates. Seems like the solstices and equinoxes are the only universally good days for hair cutting for growth/beautification.

My aunt only cuts on a full moon and her hair grew about 6 inches in 4 months
