Best Cornrow and/or flat twist tutorials

I share the same problem. I have never been able to cornrow properly. I can't seem to braid a tight, defined cornrow. Any tips would be great!

Urban posted a FANTASTIC thread about GirlsLoveYourCurls not too long ago. My braiding ability was at a ZERO until I watched her video, and just today, I did the most "precious" lil baby cornrow down the middle of my head. I was so proud I took a pic! lmao. Here's the vid I watched:
