So missjessies.com is having a BOGO sale til Dec 31st which is fast approaching. Is this stuff really all that? Enuff to be worth more than $20? Which out of the 4 products is the best? There's a sale yall and I'm ready to spend money I ain't got! LOL

yep, but the PJ in me only sees Buy One, Get One FREE!!!!!!! FREEE!!!!!!!! FREEE!! That word convinces me that evil (spending) is sometimes good!

Pray fo me ya'll!

I bought the Baby Buttercreme and LOVE IT! I'm impressed.

I have 4a/b hair and my double-stranded twists from last Wednesday still look (shiny) and feel great (soft). I'm continuously getting compliments and I can't stop looking in the mirror (my hair really does look too cute). It's a great moisturizer (I'm yet to try the curly pudding...that was the freebie).

I feel you. I was praying that I wouldn't be wasting money because it seems to be an either-you-like-it-or-you-don't kinda product. Others say there comparable products for cheaper but I really likeeee.

And you don't have to use a lot. I see that container of goop lasting me quite a while.

Good morning Kween. There are many old and really recent threads and post about Ms Jessie's products. You should do a search and I am sure you will get loads of information. So1913 is a client as well as a product user. Once again please attempt to use the search function. The stuff is supposedly a keeper.

My not so cheap or po *** wouldn't dare buy a jar. :look: I think those lil girls are crazy for the price alone. :lachen: I did ask my daughter did she want me to buy her a jar of the hair butter. She was insulted.

Oh snap its buy one get one free! BOGO like Payless LOL LOL! You betta jump on that stuff helz I may even buy some now! Let me see when this BOGO sale ends.

I don't know too much about Miss Jessie's products; went to her sight, but did not want to spend $60 on it (but I did spemd $45 for Ojon Try Me Kit). :ohwell:

Does she have a return if not satisfied guarantee?

They say the buttercream is a really good softner and goes a long way. My friend just told me she uses it after using IC gel w/sparklites to soften that really nice hold that IC gives. I don't know because I use Humectress to do the same thing:ohwell:

LOL I was gonna get one of the buttercreme and one of the curly pudding. But uhh that's $68 all together. :scratchch Umm I'm also eyeing a pair of grey snakeskin Steve Maddens for $71 with my coupon. What to do... What to do...

I'm only really considering the buttercreme because IC clear already gives me moisture and medium hold. I will get the hold stuff because its free w/my ordering the butter. I'm glad Bluediamond mentioned the product exchange if I don't like it. I'm no longer a product junky so I don't have loads of hair products anyways.
I have a back to basic conditioner that I use as a leave in w/great hold for my curls so maybe I need to just buy more of that. I'm dang confused.

Yeah the IC gel works good for me too for 3.99. I can't imagine this $58 stuff is much better. I tried the recipe for the curly pudding off the recipe board over the summer and it worked pretty good. I'm thinking I might just try that again but instead of using the curl activator gel I'm going to use the Fantasia gel and Mango Butter bc the Cocoa Butter smell drove me crazy. And the mango butter worked better on my hair.

I got the BBC and the CP. I've used cheeper products that makes my hair do what the CP does... I won't be ording that again. The BBC is Really Really Good.... I use that on my son's OVERLY DRY hair and it works wonders. Well worth the 58 dollars..

So is the ButterCreme just for moisturizing and the pudding more for definition?

Hey cut me some slack cuz it wasn't working yesterday when I posted this! I would keep getting that page will not display message. you know a sista is impatient! it ends DEc 31st. They must have a lot in stock. Hmmm, I wonder why?!

im thinking of just maybe ordering the BBC and since i get a 2nd one free i'll get two of them...and when it gets close to do what i want to create to use the IC....im sure their are other products that could be used in place of the Meringue and the Pudding that are sold in the stores....

I have been using the Baby Butter Creme for two weeks. The jar is way bigger then I expected which is good. A little seems to go a long way. I have been using it for bantu knot outs and my hair is shiny, soft and the curls last. It also smells really great. It is overpowering at first (the smell) but dulls down over time to leave a light baby powder scent.

So far I really like it. I also ordered the curly pudding but have not used it yet.

Ok kween. I ordered my two items. They do have a good return policy. If your dissatisfied you can return w/i 21 days if you don't use more than 20% of the product and get a full refund. Sounds cool to me. I hope it works well on my hair though.

AAAAAAAsha hurry up and use the curly pudding so you can give us a review. :D Thanks so much for the review on the Baby Butter Creme.
I was wondering if the curls last. I never tried a Bantu knot out. Gotta try that out.
Do you wash everyday? Do you get bed head? Do you still have a photo album?
If so can I get the site and password?
I need to find something to spritz my hair outta bedhead instead of plain ole water when I wash every other day sometimes.

ok girl i just ordered my products also...i cant wait to get them..i ordered the BBC and the Curly pudding from the pics of some of the ladies before and after these two seemed to be the most used and recommended to be used after their visit from Miss Jessie's so thats what helped me make a decision...

I also ordered the Buttercreme and Curly Pudding. I wonder what's the difference in Baby Butter as opposed to regular Butter? I know that shingling method works even without the product. I need to go back and read up on what they use outside of water to maintain ie bounce back those curls after two days or bedhead. :D

i think its the ingredient(one of them) that is in the regular Butter that makes your scalp tingle maybe from peppermint not sure...and then the BBC smells like baby powder i remember someone saying that...but i dont think its that big of a difference....

ok i just went back and checked some of the replies that So1913 made about the difference of the two and thats correct the ingredients in the regular Butter has peppermint and in the BBC it has more of a baby like smell or baby powder i guess type of smell...i dont think i couldve dealt with the peppermint so i rather the other...and its not that big of a difference...

Oh ok. I guess my scalp will be tingling like that Sulfur 8 did to my scalp. . I am sure the Babybutter scent is probably softer and nicer. Maybe someone will think I chewing some gum or something. :look:
