I just saw this and my mouth dropped. You have to log into facebook to see the video. It is about 1 min long but that was all I needed to see. I feel so terrible for this lady. She also only got half the services for the price she paid and the beautician wont refund her.

She was very unprofessional and rude and in addition to trying to CHOKE me with my necklace while I was holding my two year old daughter... I recorded the whole thing... She told me color was 140$, she stripped my hair of all its color. I had appt 8pm didn't leave until 1:30 am... I've been natural almost 6 year and I'm afraid my hair his going to fall out I showed her the hair color I wanted she did something totally different so my hair was hot pink red. She tried to fix it. Now my hair sounds crunchy and is very hard and dry I was supposed to get deep condition color and trim and style for 250 only got color I was tried and paid her, she kept trying to convince me to let her do the rest of the service I refused. Watch the video... Smh When the color did not come out right she started looking on Google on how to try and fix it.

Her hair looks like it is magenta colored.

Yeah, it doesn't look hot pink to me. I don't know, if she didn't like it the stylist should have worked with her anyway.

And I would have went in if she put her hands on me. She was holding her child? Oh no.
