beads on grown women?

What's your take on that. I honestly miss wearing beads as a kid and hearing the click clack of them down my back. I wouldn't wear the same ones the kids wear, but I was thinking more of the afro centric looking ones. Seeing that Alicia Keys video made me want them. I was thinking about them months ago before the video came out as well but was reminded when I saw her video!

I wouldnt be surprised if those came back with the braid and twist trend going on right now. Also those gold loc cuffs look cute when there are a few in the hair.

I'm planning to plait and wear beads in my hair this summer if I get the chance to visit my dad in Costa Rica. I loved wearing beads.

I would. Pretty decorative ones! I did that often about 13 years ago. I would do it again.

I think it would look cute depending on the hairstyle. I used to put the decorative wooden beads or cowrie shells in my hair when I did kinky twists with marley hair.
