BBD hair products

I ordered BBD stretch creme on 10/19 waited a week and nothing came the next week so I called BBD on 10/30 and said they were delayed sending it out and I should get my creme on Wednesday 11/1. I am upset that I had to call them and they didn't send out an email notice Guess what no BBD stretch this weekend so I am going to wait this week to see if I receive my darn BBD stretch. Anyone had to deal with BBD or had delayed shipping or whatever? Thanks

It happened to me last year. They were really good about it but it did take a while. It sounded like a 1 man show because I actually spoke to him everytime I called except once. But he ended up comping me on the product.
