This stuff is great. Especially their light smoothing lotion. I literally coated my hair with this stuff and I was able to completely comb my hair, which I have not been able to do (partially because I was afraid to) in several weeks. I will definately be using this stuff again. I was not so crazy about the extreme smoothing lotion -- even though it said it was for coarse hair, it was too thick for my hair -- but the light stuff was really good. This is a big deal for me, because even Bumble and Bumble, new 2nd favorite leave-in, wasn't able to help me comb out as much.

sounds like the "smoothing" product lines are winners for dealing with new growth. I just used Matrix Sleek Look conditioner for the first time today and had the same experience. I was able to comb thru my nearly 10 weeks of new growth (plus 10 weeks of underprocessed hair) with ease. It was a dramatic difference between any other conditioner I use.

Ill definitely check out the B & B stuff sometime.

I like bath and body works hair products, and I plan on buying some matrix sleek.look

Did you have a lot of hair come out in the comb, less, or a normal amount?

I had less hair come out in the comb and I was able to comb from tip to root -- gently of course. Usually I have just been combing the top layer. However to give you an update, my hair has now dried and it now feels hard. I may have to mix this with my bumble and bumble and see what happens next time, because neither of them technically are leave-ins.
