Barleans EPO

Does anyone here take this or any of thier pills? I just recieved it in the mail and they look like horse pilled gel caps

. I bought it to relieve my PMS symptoms and lighten my flow. I use to take VS epo 500 but I hear Barleans makes pretty good EFA's

Barleans is an excellent company, I used to take their flax oil, etc. until I whiched to Flora. I plan on switching to their epo pills soon, but I didn't know the pills were that huge. They make good efa's and Health From The Sun make good ones to.

One of my hairbuddy's loves Barleans vitamins and have told me about them since last summer, so now I get a chance to try them. Its the size of your average multivitamin. I guess Im not use to seeing my efa's that big
