Well, for a newbie I shole feel like i'm postin a lot of pics up in this joint! I just love this site and all the yummy stuff I'm learning to do with/for my hair. I washed/cond/dc'd this weekend and decided I'd try to do a knot out. The front and sides dried completely, but the back didn't, so I ended up with the back pinned up.

You ladies of LHCF are the best, I no longer feel like doing this trying to figure out ways to do my hair without having to put heat to it. My dream is BSL, but first i'm trying to learn as many protective styles as I can.

I love the look. And I love bantu knots and pin curls when I don't feel like rollers. I think they work and look best when the hair is slightly damp. You look gawgus!!
