Baggy Techniques

I'm curious, how are you ladies doing the baggy technique? Is it helping at all? And what products are you using?

I started doing this recently and I'm using a mix of Deer Park water, some Carol's Daughter leave-in (can't think of the name), and some honey. I shake to dissolve the honey and spritz my big bun and edges, put on my shower cap, then satin cap, and sleep on it.

I use a spray bottle (water + AO white camellia conditioner) then i seal with evoo.

So far so good. My hair stays moist and my curlies get really curly (v. pretty)
