Guess I really am a junkie. I had a bad day at work and I'm looking to buy a hair product for comfort. Any suggestions?

Awww...Sorry you had a bad day at work, (((Superhair... I mean girl)))
wink.gif

Now...what to recommend to a PJ who probably has everything already...

(J/K

) Sorry I'm most ignorant on what's kewl on the product aisle but just thought a hug might help you feel better.

Supergirl, I have no recommendations, but can relate. I TOO had a bad day at work, and just got back from the mall where I bought some Biolage Daily Leave-In Tonic at one of the salons. I'm an all Nexxus girl, but I caved. Hope it's as good as everyone (well, mostly everyone) has said.

I feel better already. Good luck finding comfort in more products. It sure cheered me up on this bummer day.

Maybe instead of a new product you could splurge on a fancy hair accessory? I hope you feel better and I can totally relate to 'retail therapy'.

Hmmmm....let's see.....you like Kenra....Nexxus.....

I KNOW!

Why not pick up some Sebastian Mositure Base like you wanted to SG??? Unless you want something immediately (in which case I'd probably be too late) but you could also try Infusium Power Pac - if you haven't already.
wink.gif
Anywhere that carries Infusium should hav e and you should like it even if you aren't a fan of Infusium generally. It's just a really good, rich conditioner.

A mix of protein and moisture, and gives good shine.

I agree...a new hair accessory! Take a look at hairboutique.com. They have some nice banana clips that I'm just dying for!

Sorry about your bad day....

I'm assuming you want instant gratification, so I would suggest a hair accessory. If you can hold off and really want a product, I would suggest my new favorite, UBH Lotion Creame Moisturizer....believe me, it will make you feel SOOOOO much better.

Hey Ladies,

Thanks a million. Thanks too to those of you who say you can relate to this kind of therapy

Tracy,
Girl, I found me some Moisture Base at Ulta a few days ago
smile.gif

The hair accessory sounds nice and the Infusium too

Hairlove,
Of course the PJ (me) would already have 2 of the Monoi oil scents
laugh.gif

I would splurge on some Rosemary oil, or almond oil! Wonderful sents that clear the mind and soothe the sense and supposedly...grow hair!

I was just going to say what pookeylou said. Go surf on fromnaturewithlove.com. I'm sure you'll find something wonderful to buy!

Hey, how about that new UBH Creme Moisturizer that costs an arm and a leg but has been getting a lot of raves...

Oh, Tebby said that already.

... Ooookay, my cue to head to the Land of Nod.

G'nite y'all!

Yes,

I couldn't find the Infusium Power Pac, but I got 3 hair accessories. I also got some Dudley's Creme Press and Hair Rebuilder
smile.gif

I think I'm a PJ too! I spent about $70 (yes 70) on hair products today. (I know, I need my a** whooped) They just had to put a new Sally's two blocks from my school & right across the street form my bank!!
shocked.gif
After dropping $50 dollars in there, I went to Osco & brought some L'oreal Vive Smooth Intense serum which was another $7, and if that wasn't enough, I was so moved by the thread about the UBH creme, I just purchased an 8oz bottle of that! Lord help me! Is there a rehab or cure for a PJ???
laugh.gif

SG - I realy like that Hair Rebuilder, it makes the hair NOTICEABLY stronger - follow with a moisturizing conditioner tho. (I know you have one of those - perfect time to try Sebastian
laugh.gif
) . And rinse well. It can build up and it's a little heavier than most conditioners.

Stay on the look out for the Infusium tho. It's good stuff.

The only cure is fatigue and brokeness Nena...

You'll get it out of your system. Until then - enjoy!
laugh.gif

and to add on to what Tracy said...

Eventually, you will have so many products that there's almost nothing left to try and that will slow you down a bit too
wink.gif

You guys are right! I'll soon get a reality check when I see my bank statement.
laugh.gif

The only products I got left on my list is : Aubrey GPB, Elasta QP Mango Butter & a heating cap then I'm really done.

Supergirl,

I just wonder how you have a chance to "try" all of the products! I had to stop b/c I wasn't getting a chance to try anything that I was buying...I wanted to start washing more often
smile.gif
...I'm still a pj but definitely a reformed one. Thanks for letting us give you tips on what to buy! That was fun!
smile.gif

Hairlove,

Sad as it is, I've got at least 10 un-opened, un-tried products here at my house.

I know, I know...I'm pitiful

Your definitely not pitiful because I still have products I haven't got round to trying yet. And to make it worse I went and got 10 en 1 conditioner
laugh.gif
I think when I get the urge to try something new I remember what I have and would like to just use instead of buying more and more. I'm still tempted though
