Okay, so ya'll heard my confession last week about not being able to hang in there with my natural hair after two plus years. I went to a JCPenny salon and found a fabulous stylist who relaxed all my virgin hair (she used Mizani) and gave me a great cut and I'm very happy with the results. My only complaint is that I punked out and wouldn't let her really cut it. Once I saw how much growth I had achieved while natural, I couldn't chop it off. Not yet, anyway.

Anyway, here's the result, as promised. I love it and I can't stop swinging my head.

It looks nice.

Was it lye or no lye?
How long did she leave it on?
Would you say you have fine, medium or thick hair?

It was a no lye, which I don't prefer but she conditioned it well so my hair didn't dry out.
If felt like she left it on for quite a while, probably because I was nervous, but it could've only been a few minutes.
I've always had fine hair (thanks, Mom!). But thankfully now it has some body and shine to it.

Thanks for coming back and posting pics! You look beautiful and happy with Beautiful, healthy hair :yep:

HHG!
