I want to start taking a B-Complex vitamin. I was going to go for just B5, but I heard that it's best for the B vitamins to work together. I don't want it interfering with the absorption of the rest of the B vitamins. (from my multi and food). So, just to be on the safe side, I've decided to just take the entire complex.

Anyways, I need to know what to look for in terms of mg's or %DV for each B vitamin. What is a good balance? TIA

When I was taking a B Complex, it was Puritan's Pride B-50 Complex. It has 50mg of all the B vitamins. I liked it a lot for hair growth and improved stress levels

. It's also cheap, so that's another plus.

I use Soloray b complex 100 now. I had Nature Made B complex 100 but I couldn't take the taste of the vitamins. It made my hair grow so fast.

I take Nature Made Super B-Complex. This is the first vitamin I started taking (in 1999).
