Ayurvedics Assistance Please??

Greetings all,

I'd like to begin to incorporate more Ayurvedic products into my routine. The problem is that I'm sure which products and how to exactly use them. I'm sure there are quite a few threads they may detail this. But I haven't been able to find anything like "Ayurvedics 101" or "Ayurveda for beginners/dummies" etc.

If you know of any type of threads like this can you post a reply and attach them.
