So, I'm trying to make my wash-n-go last more than one day. My problem is that generally my hair gets frizzy overnight. (Yes, I am wearing a cap.) So, I'm thinking that if maybe I put something like this on beforehand might help . . . thoughts? Other suggestions?

Humectant-rich pomade, with plant-derived aroma, enhances curl. Especially effective in dry climates, it activates and maintains wave in textured or treated hair.

Naptural85 on YT uses this method where she very lightly spritzes her hair with water and puts a shower cap on before bed. The result is a mini steam treatment while you sleep so when you wake up, your wash and go is still soft and moist vs frizzy and dried out.

I did this the last time I rocked a wash an go and it worked pretty well.

Yeah, I was doing that with a plastic cap but I was hoping to be able to just sleep on my hair - looks like not! *lol*
