).I was wondering if I can use this as a conditioner once a week for my conditioner wash.
Does anyone know?

Welcome to the board Katie!

I really like 3 minute miracle, and lately I've been using it as my moisturizing deep conditioner (I just leave it on a lot longer) however, I personally find that it'd be too heavy for conditioner wash. However, I'd say try it and see what happens!

I know the bottle says reconstuctor but I dont see any protein listed as one of the ingredients.Would that make it safe to use once a week for my conditioner wash?

I know too much protein is bad and I already use keraphix protein reconstuctor for my protein so I dont want to overdo it.

i think if your hair is thick it shouldn't be a problem for you to use it for your conditioner washes. however, if you have fine/thin hair it might be too heavy. i used it before as my regular deep conditioner and i liked it.

Katie, this should be fine. Aussie 3 Minute Miracle is misnamed. It's more of a moisturizing conditioner and not (at all) a protein conditioner, like the name implies. HTH.
