Is this a clarifyer? I need to wash the Aveda Huectant- - and all the other stuff I used to combat its effects - - out of my hair. Thanx!

I use the Swimmers conditioner and I don't swim. I use it because its moisturizing as it meant for swimmers who would normally have drier hair due to chlorine/salt. I'm assuming the shampoo works the same: removing hair of chlorine/salt etc and deposits associated with sea or pool water.

Thanx for responding. I used it tonite and one lather had my hair feeling squeeky clean, so I guess I can use it to clarify. I followed with Nexxus Ensure for 60 seconds and then Humectress for a few minutes with the steam from the shower. I did a rollerset with coconut oil and a leave-in of water and a bit of pure aloe vera gel. Ill let u know how it turns out. Im almost 6 weeks into my relaxer.

Thanx Sherrylove...I saw it today at the Vitamin shoppe but I figured I had enough products for now. The shampoo did seem to clarify though and my roller set came out soft, fluffy, and moisturized. The shampoo is a keeper...funny thing is, I already had the DAX Vegetable Oil poo for clarifying and I totally forgot...oh well...
