To those who use it, do you use a moisturizing conditioner afterwards?

I usually use giovanni nutrafix for a monthly protein, but I'm going to try the gpb because the stores near me have trouble keeping the giovanni in stock for some reason.

How strong of a treatment is it?

I use it. I guess it's a mild to medium protein. I don't use anything afterwards...my hair usually feels pretty moisturized and it's definitely tangle free.

LOve, love, love this stuff If I use after shampooing I don't use anything after b/c my hair is so soft and moisturized.

If I use as a DC on dry hair before pooing then I will apply some conditioner for a few minutes after rinsing poo out (often I will use the GPB again).

This is my favorite mild protein conditioner. I've been using it since 2000. You don't have to use a moisturizing conditioner after using it (sometimes I do, and sometimes I don't).
