Has anyone used Fhi Heat "Hot Sauce" Treatment? Its a heat protectant that is made of jojoba crystals. I am trying to pick out a flat iron to purchase this weekend and I have narowed it down to the FHI 1" variable temp or CHI 1" variable temp. If anyone has info on this let me know.

I just saw this on their website www.beautymaxusa.com and I was really curious about it, please post any reviews if you end up getting it.:)

I have the FHI 207 RVI (1" w/ variable temp) and I  it!!! I like that the ceramic plating goes along the sides too so it gets my roots just as silky straight as the rest, which is great since I only really flatiron the roots. It also heats up wonderfully fast and just glides through my texlaxed/13 weeks post touchup roots.

When I was shopping for a beauty supply store in NYC that carried it, the manager of one of the stores I called was SO excited that I was buying a FHI. He said he first heard about it at a beauty trade event and that they considered the best iron on the market. He bought one for his daughter who he says has "an out of control jewfro" :lachen: :lachen: :lachen: and it made her hair silky and straight with no frizz. I wouldn't trade my FHI for the world.

I have used it. It is a nice product, but it can be a bit heavy so use it lightly.

I traded my Ultra Chi for a FHI Platform & I love it! It's so light & glides right down my strands. It came w/ a sample pack of Hot Sauce, I still have yet to use.
