Being texturized, I always wondered; for best length retention and growth do you treat your hair more like a relaxer? or like natural hair? Please share.. thanks in advance

I'm "relaxed" with a lot of texture and two inches of new growth. I treat my hair as both natural and relaxed. I take the protein info from relaxed heads, and the detangling, heavy moisture, etc from naturals
