ok a couple of months ago,i made a thread with pics of twist i had done for the first time and how much they didnt frame my face and whatnot.tonight i tried the twist again! of course with everyone's advice that waw given in mind. so here's what i did, i made the twist with bigger sections, i didn't part(just pulled from different sections),i didnt do them on stretched hair, and lastly,i used bobby pins to pin them up and create little style with them.and what do you know? they actually turned out nice.i am loving them and i plan to do them every week maybe until January:yep:,Thanks again to the LHCF Ladies who gave me pointers and advice.

here's the finished result:

the style i am keeping them in(since i dnt favor the loose twist look):
this is a low bun with the side "bang" area out

come to think of it..i dnt think i have much either..at least not as much as ive seen other natural chicks have it.i try to never let my hair shrink up to its full potential..it makes me frustrated and tangle/knot city.my hair was stretched a tad bit...about 30%.i had just taken it out of a damp bun.
the last pic it was stretched 100%( notice how the twist hang a little lower)

Very pretty and full! I love wearing twists, they are very convenient and I think a great protective style. Did you use any product on this set?

well before i started, i moisturized my hair with a moisture spritz, coconut oil, shea butter,KBB's hair milk and nectar:yep:
i really didn't intend on doing twist as a style..just to stretch and untangle my hair for the night..but i noticed they came out looking already..so im going to keep them in as a style.
