bmoreflyygirl said:Do you mean can you put coconut milk in your hair? Or supplement coconut milk in your diet for regular milk? About the latter I'm not sure. I don't think coconut milk has the same properties as regular milk but both are known to be good for the hair and body so it might not even matter. I might just be an apples and oranges kind of thing. They're both good for different reasons maybe?
bravenewgirl87 said:Not just digesting milk, but putting milk or coconut milk right into your shampoo for extra boost. I did it before but i don't know if i poor it into my condish if it will turn it our not. Or should i just buy the powder from FNWL?

I used to put this concoction of milk, olive oil and eggs on my hair as a deep conditioner and it was wonderful, left my hair shiny and beautiful.bravenewgirl87 said:Not just digesting milk, but putting milk or coconut milk right into your shampoo for extra boost.
