I am having the most difficult time telling if or when I have new growth. I have been taking powdered MSM for a year now, and it definitely changes the texture of your hair. But I also have been texlaxing for the past year, and sometimes, I think I under process.

So, I am six weeks post, and eventhough I have a thick forest underneath my straight hair, the texture is not as course as it used to be, so I can't tell where the new growth starts or if my hair is just underprocessed.

I can't wait to relax my hair. I plan to do it right before the New Year. I am going to relax just a little bit straighter just so that I can have something to gauge my process on.

But I am actually loving it!!!

I think now I will be able to Texlax even slower, thereby having less chem's in my hair :yep:
