I have worn mostly WNGs since my BC. Definitely missed class the second week of school, and when I came back my TA said "yeah I noticed you were out, I didn't see your hair." I also had a girl in another class freak out when I straightened my hair and literally come up to me and say "thank God your hair is curly again" when I washed it out. If they do call me a specific name, it's "the girl with the curly hair".

"The girl with the big hair." Someone didn't know my name and that's how they described me.

I like to fluff up my twist-outs (over compensation for fine hair :giggle:) and even my half wigs are big'n curly.

No, its fairly the opposite with me. Right now I’m wearing braids but when I’m not wearing such a permanent style, they look for new styles every couple of days. I’m constantly changing it up with my wigs and my natural hair. The last place I worked, I hated my hair. I didn’t show it for the whole 2.5 years. I’m used to changing it up!

My husband recently applied for a Patoral position at a very large church, someone asked how I was going to wear my hair, and one of my best friends from childhood shouted out, "You know she is going to strut in there with that hair pulled back into that bun!" and of course I did....;0) It's so bad, another friend said I can't come to her wedding if my hair is pulled back, and I am announcing the bridal party at the reception, yup, my name is already on the approved version of the program. She wants a straight hair do, I am sure she is getting a wash n go or a braid out!

My nickname at work is Chameleon LOL because I tend to change my hairstyle so much that most people pass by me and don't know who I am ahahaha

Yes. I get on style kicks and will wear the same style for months. When I was relaxed my hair was almost always down with curls at the ends. Now I am the girl with the "short jeri curl"

when i first started working at my job i was "the girl who changes her hair every week"....they know my name now, but if someone new starts and they want them to see me for some reason they would tell them...."______, you know the girl who changes her hair every week..."

:lachen:Too funny!

I RARELY wear my hair straightened (like in my avatar) but when I did, my office's custodian guy, who I have had conversations with for years, gave me the "stranger head-nod" as he passed by me that morning. I laughed silently and continued on my way...he did finally figure out that it was me. :lachen:

At work I'm known as the girl with many looks. My supervisor just told she's not sure sometimes who I am when I step into the office because I wear so many different looks but she also said they all look great on me. So my question to your question Prospurr is, "Which one:look::grin:?"

Almost all thru high school, I had a bob. I kept it trimmed so it had perfect lines. I got a basic wrap with a side part hanging down straight all the time, never switched it up. I liked it and my hair was healthy and had a little "swang" to it. Some people would ask if it was weave or check for tracks bc they said it looked "too perfect". (Mind you my hair has never been past my shoulders)

In college I was the girl with the feathers. I had layers by a stylist who was very good at cutting hair, and kept them perfectly styled almost every day. I have had people tell me they recognized me from the back or from a distance bc of my hair. This one guy used to tell me I looked like i was on a pantene pro-v commercial. Again, my hair has always been relatively short so I would stand out as the girl with the cute or fly short cut.

Yes, ever since i cut my hair into a bob; everyone says that this is "my look"...so I just keep cutting it into different variations of the bob. I might let it grow out...

I love bobs! :yep:I think I want to grow my hair into a layered bob. someone's avatar had a pic of halle berry's bob that looked cute.

I know what you're saying...before I found hairboards, I didn't know the meaning of "low manipulation." I would change my hair up so often that the guard for my office building would do a double-take when I arrived.:nono::lachen:

im known as the girl with the curly hair slash afro because im the only one who rocks my natural hair at school lol
