I co-wash about 2x a week ....But I bun Mon-Fri...And wear braid-outs on the week ends....

With waist length hair it is easier for me to do low manipulation styles...And I believe it has helped me reach my goal

I suspect that most of the answers will be:
Yes, I cowash frequently BUT I wear mostly buns
or
No, I cowash infrequently, and I rollerset/wear my hair out.

I'm just trying to imagine rollersetting waist length hair on a daily basis? Honey. Chile. Talk about spending all day on your hair!
