TRANSITION OVER! 11-22-14
I like the way my hair feels after CWing. Since becoming natural, I did this all the time. Now that I'm lightly texlaxed , I still do it, because I'm more texturized. I will be fully relaxing soon and I was wondering would daily CWing do more harm than good?:perplexed Please help!

I wash my hair daily, sometimes c/o wash and sometimes with a shampoo. i would say that it doesnt do any damage itself but if your hair doesnt like the conditioner then that may cause probs...but change your conditioner and it should be ok.
I guess you can just try it and see if your hair responds well or not.

I used to but realized I cannot airdry my hair unless I fully rollerset it and there aint no way I am doing that everyday.

I co wash daily and I love it. I mostly do it at night so my hair is completely dried in the morning.

I mostly slick it down (my hair is realy short) but I've tried braidouts and bantu knots before.

I co wash every other day, I dry using the ponytail method at niht so my hair's dry in the morning.

I CW daily.

Air dry loose.

Then use Caruso curlers for a really loose, slightly bumped look.

Do you sleep in the rollers?
