Left it in overnight on very tangled hair, woke up to zero tangles. To this day, I don't know if it was the HSR or if I sleep detangled because I don't consider it to have amazing slip at all. :look: A++ for instant moisture and softness though

I'm not a fan of hsr as a DC, but it was good as a leave in. White Camomile and GPB are my boos. I'm on vitacost now looking at that green tea cream rinse tho.

any reviews on the Aubrey Organics honey suckle rose, does it really melt your tangles away like she says it does to her hair?

This has been a staple of mine for many years. The shampoo is very nice too. I like 2 use it as a dc on dry hair overnight. Standalone it's wondrful, but sometimes I will add a little molasses & aragon oil for an extra boost, if I don't have time to dc overnight. It's base is fatty coconut oil (I believe) so my hair loves it. Also, if I remember correctly, there's instructions on the bottle on how they recommend you do a dc on dry hair. :) the alge mask is a nice light protein tx as well.

For the ladies who use ao hsr or gpb on dry hair, do u use it directly on dry hair or do u mist ur hair with water first???

I don't use the AO HSR because it's too heavy. But I do use the AO Blue Chamomile and it melts my tangles away. As soon as I put it on my hair starts to soften and smooth out even without heat. Since there are so many women that like the HSR, I think its probable that it does melt the tangles away for many of them.

mahogany7, if you get the cream rinse, please let us know how it works.

I bought both hsr and gpb but I remembered a while back, I used hsr after poo n it didnt detangle like ppl claimed so I guess I will try it on dry hair! Thanks ladies

yea it is pretty great at detangling. i think i like AO GPB a tad bit better though. wish they both smelled better

I love GPB or HSR on dry hair. I have to add a bit of water to both to get the rest out of the bottle.

I use the AOWC and its awesome, I havnt tried the HSR on my head yet cause I think I thought it would be too heavy with my relaxed hair....but the WC has been working really great...thankfully my hair doesnt tangle often so when it does it tangles BAD and the WC works well...
