I used to use this...It seemed really good at first, but after awhile I noticed my hair was very dry. It contains ALS in it (ammonium lauryl sulfate, a very drying detergent). If you have purchased it already, I would use it sparingly. It does lather very well and the directions on the bottle suggest washing your hair only once with it. HTH.
