Aphogee & Henna same day

Has anyone done this? I really need to do an Aphogee and I really need to henna (gray is showing). Has anyone done this? Do you think it's too much for one day?

You mean the hardcore ApHogee?

That would be too much for my hair.

I say go your henna. And if you still need the protein, do the ApHogee 2 or 3 weeks later, or earlier if your hair not too dry from the henna.

No, Aphogee and henna is great...so is Brahmi which will gradually turn your hair draker, thicker, with gleaming highlights of various hues...
