Aphogee(Hard Protein) Before or After Relaxer

I just wanted to know if you ladies use Aphogee before or after your relaxer. On the directions it says use before but I've had the best results after.

i would say its important to use protein in ur hair b4 doing a chemical process so it will be reinforced with protein before u remove protein with a relaxer,, maybe also a lighter protein after...
