Aphogee for Color Damage?

I have 3c-ish/4a-ish natural hair. For the life of me I don't know why I keep coloring and forgetting that this dramatically changes your hair needs....alas...I noticed suddenly my fave products were no longer working and my hair was less defined, always frizzy and the curls just seemed...off. I finally realized it was my obsession over covering the gray (as was the case when I colored my hair during my transition) that changed. I haven't done an aphogee on my natural hair but it was a staple in my relaxed hair reggie. Any thoughts on if it could help my constant frizz and lack of curl definition? Part of me just wants to BC again and start over! :spinning:

The aphogee should work to reduce any further damage. It might be a bit hard, but because it is for chemically processed and damaged hair, it would probably work for your color treated hair. Try it, and assess what the aphogee does before cutting your hair. It might help with holding off the scissors.
