I might be wrong, but I think the two products are completely different. I've never used the two-minute one, but I have used the Treatment for Damaged Hair and that is some heavy-duty stuff. I wouldn't recommend using it more than every month or month and a half. As for the 2-minute reconstructor...I think that is quite a bit lighter and can be used more frequently. Maybe someone who has used both and come behind me and shed more light on the situation. HTH

ETA: You can also try doing a search for them, you're sure to find some great info that way.

I have used both. I had some major damage and breakage during the earlier part of this year. I wish I had known about Aphogee before I cut so much of my hair. The treatment for damaged hair did stop my breakage. I have used it twice(every six weeks). The 2 minute reconstructor I have been using every other week. My hair has shown so much improvement. I also make sure to used moisturizing conditioners.

The 2 min Reconstructor is basically just a protein based conditioner. The Treatment is also protein based but it's more than a conditioner, it turns your hair HARD and must be gently rinsed out and followed by moisturizing conditioners to prevent dryness and tangles.

when my hair is shedding too much i use the treatment for damaged hair. 2-3 wks in a row 1x per week and it clears it right up. you will have to work to get your moisture on point after though
