ANYONE WHO NEEDS MORE PROTIEN

crap, i lied- the directions say that it takes 12 tablets to get 3grams of protein ( dont know why it says 250mg on the bottle)

The natures bounty really does have 100mg soy protein though,
but the other ones are only $4 plus tax right now, and you get 2 free at puritans
 
This is not very cost effective. If you need more protein, you will get more bang for your buck with whole foods.

1 xl egg white = approx. 4 grams protein
3.5- 4.0 oz chicken breast, turkey breast, tuna, other fish = approx 20-35 grams of protein.

Other sources- cottage cheese, beans nuts, yogurt, lean red meat.

If you have no health issues related to digesting proteins then simply add protein to every meal and even snacks.

I know the only reason i put it there at first is because the bottle said 250mg of protein, but then the directions said take 12 tablets and all kind of crap, a waste of money
BUT the natures bounty vitamins for the hair, and puritans vitamins for the hair are good-100mg of soy protein and you only have to take 1 a day, they have 65 tablets a box and go from like $7-$10 depending where you buy---thats cost effective to me at least, because i dont have time to count about how much protein im gonna get for the day i just wanna eat what i want:)
