anyone tried Gueye products?

I heard of someone who took their vitamins and supposedly grew like an inch of hair in a month. This would be a fantastic feat for me seeing as how i probably won't get half of that by the end of the month. The website claims that you will experience stonger, longer hair in just 2-4 weeks. Has anyone tested them out? Do they live up to their claims?

also can anyone tell me how this mtg thing got started? I know it was originally meant for humans but it was a long time ago that mtg was marketed for us so did someone just find mtg and decide to try it for themselves?

I used the entire Gueye line, from the vitamins, shampoo, conditioner, hair oil, grease, braids spray. Its a decent product line. Its just that it got a little expensive especially for the vitamins. I used to buy the products at a little bss in my hometown with no problem but after I went away to college I couldn't afford to pay for them including shipping & handling. If you are considering using Gueye, your staples would probably be the shampoo and conditioner. As of for the rest of their stuff, you could probably find something else with similar ingredients. HTH

I've used Gueye Braid Spray before and this was the BEST moisturizing spray I have ever used. When I took my braids down, my natural hair had never been softer. I loved it.

I used Gueye hair products when I used to live in Vegas (back in the mid 90's). I sent my daughters to the BSS for shampoo & conditioner. They came back with this "Gueye" stuff recommended by the clerk. The liquid moisturizer smells like Nioxin liquid moisturizer (which I used to use but could no longer afford). My daughters and I used all their products and were amazed in a month, our hair had grown at least an inch! We couldn't believe this product (for us) lived up to its claim. My youngest daugh. & my hair grows "extremely slow". My oldest daugh. hair is thick & grows like a weed. We stopped using Gueye products when we moved back to the Midwest & couldn't find it anywhere.

This is the best hair product we've ever used that delivered what it promised. We've tried to get salon owners we know to order and carry this product based on our personal experience but they don't believe us. In fact, they told us they don't believe "any" product can grow hair in a month!

Maybe that's why we no longer patronize their salons.

I actually bought it at Louise's African Braid salom near 79th and Cottage, I went back 2 weeks ago looking to buy more, and she was sold out. She said she may have more in a few weeks.
