Haven't used it but I saw it demo'd at an Industry show in Alabama. It looks promising, the results were great. I had loc's at the time so I didn't purchase; ALSO I tend to wait out the newest "we can make your hair straight naturally" trends. I barely passed on Rio and I'm glad I did.
