Anyone taking vitamin A?

I started taking cod liver oil a couple of years ago and last winter was the first winter that I didnt get a cold. I saw no differences in my hair. I believe that cod liver oil is rich in vitamins A and D.

I've learned that taking too much vitamin A can be toxic so I eat foods high in betacarotene (like carrots/carrot juice/spirulina) and it works wonders on my skin and hair. It makes my hair thick and my skin is brighter.

I've also read that you shouldn't take more than 10,000 IUS (200% daily value) of Vitamin A if you're taking it for hair health or it could be toxic. Vitamin A is in my Hair, Skin, and Nails formula and also in my Multi which is why I don't think I need my multi every single day.

Thats what I figured Isis (eating high in betacarotene). Im a carrot lover anyways. When I did eat them I did notice my hair growing more than my average rate per month. Thanks everyone!
