GNC UltraNourishHair has 1000 IU of Vitamin A, which is listed on the bottle as 20% DV. It doesn't contain any vitamin D. Also consider if you are taking a calcium supplement - those usually have vitamin D as well because it aids in calcium absorption. Caltrate chewables have 400 IU of vitamin D, which they list as 100% DV.

I would check with your doctor. If your multivitamin has 100% of the DV of Vitamin A and Vitamin D, and then you take the GNC UNH, you're adding extra of both of these fat soluable vitamins. The doctor should be able to tell you whether this is safe for you, depending on if you have any deficiencies, etc.
