Anyone taking BENTONITE internally?

I just bought some because it is supposed be a great detoxifier. I know some members are using it on the hair...has anyone tried to consume it? If so, what results have you noted?

It's in liquid form. The bottle recommends one tablespoon.

Where do you buy the liquid betonite cause I have only seen the azteca healing betonite clay (powder form)?

Make sure you chase it with a very tall glass of water. It expands and sticks, absorbing toxins and it won't come out easily without the water.

I was thinking about doing it around the time I get pregnant. I heard it's an excellent detoxifier. You need lots of water with it, and you are supposed to be deliberate about when/how you introduce foods after properly using it...although, I supposed that is the case for every detox.
