Can I answer?:look:

I find it makes my hair very soft, moisturized and add lots of sheen. I've read that it can promote growth but I have not experienced any additional growth.

:lachen:You are so sweet! I just thought that maybe you did not want to be Bugged about this....
Thanks So much!!!!

I applied Ghee to one Twist... it smells funny, but - it feels pretty good!

I am pretty Convinced about nothing making your hair "grow" - but I was just wondering about any issues that may hve come up...
thanks againg ladies!

You have to be sure you use poo the get it out. I've found CWing don't get it out well. The smell don't bother me but after about 4 days DH says it smells like throwup.:perplexed So that started me to do the one day ghee treatments. He works every Sat. When I wake up I saturate the hair with ghee, put a plastic cap on it and a head band around the plastic cap. Work in my garden and wash at night. The shine last for days.

So that brings me to the conclusion that it must in some way penetrate the hair shaft.

I had jumped off the bandwagon fopr awhile, but I bought a huge container at my local Indian store for 19.99, this should last me awhile. Ethiopian ladies swear by it. I hear they use it consistently in their haircare regimens.

It's milk/fat solids after water has been evaporated off unsalted butter.

LOL @ you guys bumping up this old thread. I think some have moved on to chicken fat, so y'all a bit late. :giggle:
