Do you use 5-in-1 with or without heat? and
Would you consider it a mild or strong protein??

I use it for 20-30 minutes without heat. I think it must be a pretty strong protein because my hair is so much stronger now.

30 minutes w/o heat.

It works like a heavy duty protein conditioner on my hair, but w/o any stiffness. I plan to use it 1x per month.

I follow the directioins ont he box and use it 30minutes without heat and to me its a heavy duty protein it better be espcially since it cost me $20. But it greats just moisturize well after using it or your hair well atleast mine was really thick and it didn't flow it was kind of stiff. But its the best protein i've used.

Here are the first few ingredients:
Aqua, Cetearyl Alcohol, Glycerin, Urea, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Mineral Oil, Dimethicone, C12-15 Alkyl Lactate, Dimethyl Stearamine, PEG-3 Tallow Aminopropylamine, Citric Acid.......

I used this stuff for my last wash. It doesn't work as well for me as it used to but the first time I used it I had no breakage for about a week.

I still use it the week before a touchup. I usually leave it in for 15-20 minutes with or without heat.

Is there a new version of 5n1 now? People list wheat protein as one of the ingredients but mine has hydrolyzed collagen.
